Refund and Cancellation Policy
✅ Cancellations by the Customer
We understand that travel plans can change. Therefore, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Up to 48 hours before the tour: Full refund of the paid amount.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
✅ Cancellations by Best Tours Hurghada
If a tour must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, technical issues, minimum number of participants not met), we offer:
- An alternative date or
- A full refund, depending on your preference.
✅ Partial Refunds
In cases where a tour cannot be fully completed for personal reasons, any partial refund will be at the discretion of Best Tours Hurghada. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your trip.

- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking (e.g., cash, bank transfer, online payment).
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
- Third-party transaction fees (e.g., payment service charges) are non-refundable.
