1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your excursion free of charge if you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. besttourshurghada.com
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time, only limited refunds may apply (company discretion). besttourshurghada.com
  • To cancel, you must notify us by email (info@besttourshurghada.com) or phone (+20 100 021 0707).
  • In your cancellation request, include your booking reference, tour name, date, and reason for cancellation.

2. Refunds

  • If cancellation is made within the free period ( ≥ 48 hours before), you will receive a full refund of any prepayment made (if applicable).
  • For cancellations less than 48 hours prior, the refund amount (if any) will depend on the circumstances and may be partial.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • The time to receive the refund depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. No-Show / Late Arrival

  • If you fail to show up at the meeting point or arrive late such that we cannot include you in the tour, no refund will be provided.
  • We advise all customers to arrive early and allow buffer time for delays.

4. Cancellation by Best Tours Hurghada

  • In rare cases (weather, natural disasters, force majeure, or insufficient participants), we may cancel or reschedule a tour.
  • If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • If an alternative is unacceptable, you may choose the refund option.

5. Modifications & Rescheduling by Customer

  • You may request to change (reschedule) your tour, subject to availability.
  • Changes made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date are typically accepted without penalty (although there may be difference in cost).
  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before may incur a fee or may not be accepted.

6. Exceptions & Conditions
